If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know. We offer a full refund or replacement product on gift boxes not in perfect condition when received. Please advise us immediately if your gift box has been damaged in transit.  We will make a claim via the courier company and replace your gift box asap.

If you or the recipients of your gift box are not happy, please let us know so we can make it right.  We have very high standards and we promise to ensure your gift box is perfect before we send it out.
